Course Registration Requirements
Trainees will be determined according to the order of enrollment.
A congress registration is required to attend the course.

Badge Cases
It is necessary for all participants to wear badge cases, at the entrance of the meeting center, during scientific sessions, at exhibition areas and other social programs, in order to keep the meeting healthy and safe.

Certificate of participation
All registered participants will receive a participation certificate by e-mail.
Course certificates will be given at the end of the course.

Meeting Permission Letters
Meeting permission letters, which will be requested to be given to the institutions for meeting participation, will be sent to the requesting participant via the Meeting Organization Secretariat.

Cancellation Conditions
In case of cancellation of registration and accommodation reservations made by XX.XX.XXXX, 50% will be refunded. In case of cancellation after YY.YY.YYYY, registration and accommodation fees will not be made in any way.

Abstract Submission Conditions * Entering abstracts via online system is the only valid transmission. Abstracts sent by e-mail or mail independently of the system will not be accepted. Submission address is

Verbal Presentations
